Your Exit File

Ready When They Need It

planning peace of mind for those left behind
We know we need to prepare for the inevitable.
And yet, we don't.

Just the thought of providing guidance to our families around our wishes for medical treatment and end-of-life can seem scary, confusing, even overwhelming.

It doesn't have to be.

Our exclusive Exit File™ process provides a simple, structured step-by-step approach that takes the mystery out of end-of-life planning, and helps you navigate your options – medical, legal and personal – thoughtfully and deliberately. â€‹â€‹You’ll develop the confidence to make and communicate the necessary decisions around your end-of-life wishes for treatment and memorialization.

Guided by Sue and following a simple, step-by-step approach, you'll create a comprehensive, easy to follow  “Exit File™” that reflects your desires, values and your budget, and puts all the details and documents into one well-organized place. You'll create a guidebook for your family and loved one that they'll be eternally grateful for, and you'll have peace of mind knowing that they'll have a less stressful time caring for you, because you have led the way.

Ways We Can Work Together â€‹â€‹

Supportive Education on an Hourly Basis

If you’ve already begun this process and only require guidance around specific topics such as Health Care Advance Planning or Funeral Pre-Planning, we can work together on an hourly basis. We can meet in person or on Zoom.

  1. Begin with a 2-hour appointment with Sue to familiarize yourself with your Exit File binder. We’ll begin addressing what is important to you at the end-of- life and how to communicate that in writing.

  2. Schedule additional 1-hour follow-up meetings as needed to continue the process. Use the time in between appointments to absorb the information, make decisions, formulate questions and gather content.

  3. Receive support via email between sessions.

(Contact Sue for details and rates.)
