Course Overview

This group provides a safe, reflective space for individuals in their later years to explore and address the unfinished business of their lives, to discover what it is to feel complete. Whether you're seeking to address unfinished business, organize your affairs to make closing your estate easier on others, or reflect on the meaning of your life's journey, this workshop offers guidance and community as you navigate this important phase of life.

It is a place for education, conversation, planning, courage, and community as we support one another in making peace with our lives and preparing for what comes next.

There isn’t a single, definitive way to know when your life is “complete,” as it’s a deeply personal and often subjective experience. However, reflecting on meaningful relationships, a sense of purpose, and personal growth can offer valuable insights. Ultimately, it’s about feeling a sense of fulfillment and readiness, not necessarily about achieving specific external milestones.

Who This Course Is For

This workshop is designed for adults in their later years (though younger participants are welcome) who are ready to engage in thoughtful self-reflection and who desire to approach their remaining years with intention and peace. This ongoing group offers a supportive, open space to explore these tender and practical matters together.

What We'll Explore Together:

Emotional and Spiritual Completion

  • Interpersonal Healing: Addressing unresolved relationships and conflicts

  • Spiritual Exploration: Finding peace through your spiritual beliefs and practices

  • Mortality Acceptance: Gently addressing fears and anxieties around dying

  • Life Meaning: Examining the significance of your lived experiences

  • Regret Processing: Working through disappointments and missed opportunities

  • Legacy Reflection: Considering how you wish to be remembered

Deeply Human Questions

  • What remains unfinished in my relationships?

  • How do I want to be remembered?

  • What meaning have I created through my life?

  • What regrets need attention and possible resolution?

  • How can I find peace with my mortality?

  • What wisdom do I want to share?

Group Format

This is an ongoing, supportive group experience that combines structured exploration with open discussion. Participants are encouraged to attend regularly to build trust and continuity within the group. Sessions will include education on each of the topics, guided reflection, group sharing, and practical planning suggestions.
